Service Description

During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. If you have not experience an Inside Flow class, this is the time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be made up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class without deduction of your class credit. Refund will not be made for late cancellation or no-show.
